ഇന്ന് (2013 മേയ് 5) ഉച്ചതിരിഞ്ഞ് വെള്ളയമ്പലത്തിനടുത്തെ SPACE (Society For Promotion of Alternative Computing and Employment) ന്റെ ഓഫീസില് വച്ച് ഡെബിയന് (The Universal Operating System)ന്റെ ഏഴാം പതിപ്പായ Wheezy യുടെ റിലീസ് പാര്ട്ടി FSUG-TVM ന്റെയും സ്വതന്ത്ര മലയാളം കമ്പ്യൂട്ടിങ്ങിന്റേയും നേതൃത്വത്തില് സംഘടിപ്പിക്കുന്നു. എല്ലാ സ്വതന്ത്രസോഫ്റ്റ് വെയര് സ്നേഹികളേയും പരിപാടിയിലേക്ക് സ്വാഗതം ചെയ്യുന്നു.

Debian Wheezy is released today. Debian is a free (as in freedom) operating system, that acts as a base to many operating systems like ubuntu and linux mint. We are going to celebrate its arrival and intrduce to you what is debian and show a demo on what's in wheezy.
