BaijuMuthukadan: new input method

Nithya Malayalam keyboard layout defines a keyboard layout to input Malayalam script.
The layout design is inspired by the Inscript layout as defined in the
m17n [http://cvs.savannah.gnu.org/viewvc/m17n-db/MIM/ml-inscript.mim?root=m17n&view=markup ml-inscript.mim].
Infact, this layout is more than 95% backward compatible with Inscript layout as
defined in the m17n (ml-inscript.mim). All Malayalam characters with unicode code points in
Unicode version 6.3 has been included. The design of Nithya keyboard layout also considered Inscript 2 as
defined in [https://git.fedorahosted.org/cgit/inscript2.git/tree/IM/ml-inscript2.mim ml-inscript2.mim]
when selecting key positions for Malayalam. However whenever the Inscript 2
is conflicting with Inscript, priority has been given to Inscript.

* Download any of the above fonts
* To setup the fonts just copy it to ~/.fonts directory or open nautilus file manager and go to location (press CTRL+L and type location) fonts:/// and drag-n-drop font files to this location.
* If you want it to be available to all users copy it to /usr/share/fonts.
* You can check whether the fonts are installed correctly by running the command fc-list (eg. fc-list |grep Rachana ).
* Restart the running applications so that the new fonts are available to them.
* All aplications which depend on font config will be able to use the newly installed fonts.

== Technical Roadmap ==

1. Create a searchable database for public using Django (In progress)

2. It should be possible to export data in various formats

3. Identify the formats to be supported.

Possible formats: MARC21, UNIMARC, Dubline Core

4. MARC21 is very likely to be supported as it is being used by various free softwares (eg:- Koha)

5. Identify the MARC21 fields to be used for bibliographic data.

6. Setup a searchable index similar to US Library of Congress voyager server ( http://z3950.loc.gov ) using the software available at : http://indexdata.com

7. Provide public API to access bibliographic data. API should be available in JSONRPC, in addition to this a RESTful API also will be available in future.

8. Integrate with SILPA project.

9. Setup a dedicated physical server.

10. All the technologies and infrastructre will be made available to other Indian languages.
